What kind of things do people trade?
Members trade meals, cakes, biscuits, cheese, juice, tea, jam, books, magazines, CDs, DVDs, flowers, herbs, fruit and veggies, worm wee, worm farms, massage, face-painting, haircuts, art, jewellery, ceramics, cards, soap, second hand goods, etc...

Do I need to book space?
No, but please let us know if you need space, as it helps us get a rough idea.

Do I need to bring a table?
No need to bring a table, we provide tables.

What if it's raining, is the space covered?
We trade indoors at the Factory Community Centre, so wet weather is no problem.

How do I keep track of trades on the day?
You can print out a multi-sheet trading form from the online trading system, or you can use one of our old cheque-books which will be provided on the day. Then when you return home you can enter the trades into the system.

Can I come along to the trading day if I'm not a member?
Everyone is welcome to come to trading day, but if you want to trade you'll need to join. You will be able to join on the day, but you may have to wait a while for someone to approve your account and give you your member number.
